David McHarg May 25, 1930 - August 24, 2005 Funeral arrangements by South Side Memorial Chapel On August 24, 2005, David McHarg passed away peacefully in his sleep following a long and courageous battle with cancer. David, having blessed us with his guidance and wisdom these 75 years was predeceased by his beloved wife of 40 years Beryl Margaret, dearly loved father of David Wesley and Sue, Thomas Michael, Jennifer Dorothy and Fabio De Pasquale and Raymond James and Kelli; dearly loved grandfather to Shane, Aimee, Ashleigh, Jordana and Kassidy; and great grandfather to Siara and Raven, and across the miles to Northern Ireland, dearest brother to William and Dinah McHarg, Martha Halliday, Florence and Stanley Hilditch, Evelyn Norris, Robert and Mamie Halliday and Maureen Halliday; loving uncle to many, many nieces and nephews, cousin to many; predeceased by his loving parents David and Nellie McHarg, his care mother Maud and his sister May Hughes; remembered lovingly by his dear friend and companion Dee Harrison. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 1:00pm at First Baptist Church (10031-109 Street, Edmonton) with Pastor Tim Colborne officiating. Interment to follow at Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
