Ivan Bartlett TILLSONBURG, ON - Ivan Bartlett, of Tillsonburg, passed away peacefully, into the arms of his Lord, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 at the Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital in his 76th year. Ivan was a member of the North Broadway Baptist Church, Tillsonburg. Best friend and loving husband of Mary (Helsdon) Bartlett. Much loved father and father-in-law of Cheryl and Barry Hosner (Tillsonburg), Dan and Anne Bartlett (of P.E.I.), Kathy and David Rachar (Tillsonburg). Cherished grandfather of Angela and James Muir, Joshua, Amanda and Nicholas Bartlett, David, Matthew and John Rachar. Proud great grandfather of Jacob and Kalen Muir. Survived by sister and brothers-in-law, Jack and Mary Helsdon, Margaret Jenkins and friend Howard Vannatter, Dorothy and Art Fuller, Sr. Also survived by an Aunt Audrey Talbot. He was predeceased by grandson, James Hosner (2003); a brother-in-law, George Jenkins; his parents, William and Hazel Gaines. Friends and relatives are welcome to meet with the Bartlett family on Sunday, 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm at the Verhoeve Funeral Home, 262 Broadway, Tillsonburg (842-4238). Funeral Service to be conducted on Monday, August 29, 2005 at 1:30pm at the North Broadway Baptist Church by Pastor Alan Silvester and Pastor Bill Ball. Interment to follow in the Tillsonburg Cemetery.
