Edward Finch July 13, 1919 - August 22, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Chapel Lawn Funeral Home It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Edward T. Finch on August 22, 2005 at St. Boniface Hospital. He leaves to mourn his memory, son Edward, wife Barb and granddaughter Angela, great grandsons Brandon and Dylan and grandson Mike; daughter Debbie and grandson Robert and many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Ed was a World War II veteran and after the war he worked for Kummen Shipman Electric along with 4 Seasons Electrical. He spent many happy years at the cabin with his children and grandchildren and was a long time member of the Fort Garry Legion #90 on Pembina Highway. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2005 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue where he will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Myrtle Finch (Sept. 6, 1972).
