Gloria Alves January 24, 1918 - August 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Burke Funeral Home ALVES, GLORIA Peacefully, after battling Parkinson's Disease for 22 years, at the Belleville General Hospital on Friday August 26, 2005 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Clara Alves and Jose Dias. Beloved mother of Antonio (Ana) of Belleville, Maria (Manuel) Silva of Brazil and Gloria Alves (Domingos) of Belleville. Loving grandmother of John, Jose, Tracy, Angela, Ana-Maria, Ana-Lucia, Manuel and great grandmother of Carter Christopher. Predeceased by her brother Manuel. Friends are invited to call at the Burke Funeral Home (968-6968) 150 Church Street Belleville on Sunday from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Belleville on Monday, August 29, 2005 at 10 a.m. Rite of Committal will take place at S.
