ELLIOTT, Bevis Raymond 1924 - 2005 Bevis Raymond Elliott died August 1st, 2005, at Forest Hill Nursing Home, Kanata. A devoted husband and father, Bevis is survived by his children Kim, Eve, Mark and Lynn, and grandchildren Emily, Kate & Mark Dore, and Laura-Lynn, Elizabeth & Thomas Elliott. Bevis was pre-deceased by his wife Joyce Elsie Elliott (nee Wallbridge) in 1997. Bevis' family and friends will remember his unwavering loyalty, his concern for their welfare and his passion for gardening and solving cross-word puzzles. He also loved music, and could surprise all with his skill on the dance floor. He will be greatly missed. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Saturday, August 6, 2005 from 9:30 am until service time in the Chapel at 11:30 am. Reception to follow. Interment of Urn to follow at 2:30 pm at Pinecrest Cemetery. In recognition of Bevis' delight in young children, donations to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) are suggested in lieu of flowers.
