Margaret Isabel GARLICK

GARLICK, Margaret Isabel (Peggy). August 28, 1913 - August 5, 2005. Peacefully at Villa Marguerite, Ottawa, in her ninety-second year. Beloved sister of the late Edythe Fowler and the late Kenneth Garlick. Loving and generous aunt to five nieces and nephews; Margaret Des Brisay (Ottawa), Richard Garlick (Chelsea, P.Q), Stephen Garlick (Mill Village, N.S.) , the late John Fowler and the late Jeffrey Garlick. Dear friend of the late Doris Boothroyd. Peggy graduated from McGill University Faculty of Science in 1935 and started a thirty-eight year career as a chemistry teacher at the High School of Montreal. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Villa Marguerite for the wonderful care given in the last 5 years and a special thanks to two dedicated caregivers Stella Bruneau and Laura Dzanagova.
