HOLMES, Isabel Mulberry (nee McPhee). 1922-2005. Formerly of Longueuil, Quebec, passed away at Luther Village in Waterloo, Ontario on Sunday, August 7, 2005, at the age of eighty-three. Loving mother of Judith Napper and her husband George of Waterloo, Lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Christopher and Laura Napper. Survived by her sister Ruby Chafe of Greenfield Park, Quebec. Predeceased by her sister, Mary Collins of Toronto, brother, Jack McPhee of Longueuil, Quebec and her husband Chester Holmes. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to share their memories of Isabel with her family during visitation at the Collins Clarke MacGillivray Funeral Home, 307 Riverside Drive, (corner of Argyle) St. Lambert, Quebec, on Sunday, August 14, 2005, from 7 to 9 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Isabel's life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, August 15, 2005 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Hawthorn Dale Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario.
