HAGAR, Mary Elizabeth 56, South Farmington, Annapolic Co., formerly of Shelburne, passed away on August 11, in the VG Site, QEII, Halifax. Born in Shelburne, she was the daughter of Raymond and Gladys (Swansburg) Demings. She was a long-time employee of Ottawa Hull Credit Bureau. Mary enjoyed gardening, crafts, travel and spending time with her family and friends. Mary will be sadly missed by her loving husband Arthur; brother, Anthony (Joyce), Ottawa, as well as family and close friends. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Monday, in H.M. Huskilson's Funeral Home, Shelburne. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 p.m., in H.M. Huskilson's Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Cindy Dunnett officiating. Burial will be in Carleton Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society or Carleton Village Community Association Cemetery. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 8/13/2005
