HOLMAN, Adeline (nee Ferris) 1924-2005. Her husband (Lavar Holman) 1922-2005. Tragically, August 6, 2005, in West Covina, California, beloved daughter of the late Alexander Ferris, Nabeha Ferris (Sharr) and her sister Violet. She will be sadly missed by her sister Evelyn Lyons Ferris (Kenneth) of Boston, Massachusetts, and her brother George (Monique), Edward (Yolande) and many relatives and friends. Lavar leaves five sons, twenty-one grandchildren, relatives and friends. Funeral services were held in West Covina, California, Friday August 12, 2005. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made in the name of Lavar and Adeline Holman to the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation International, 120 Wall Street, 19th floor, New York, New York, 10005.
