ADE, Gilbert Karl 1913-2005 Gilbert Karl Ade, in his 93rd year, passed away peacefully in hospital in Ottawa on August 14, 2005. He was predeceased by his loving wife Lorna (nee Fillman) in 1973, his parents Charles and Clara (Schultz) Ade and his siblings Clarence Ade and Irma (Pranschke) Penman. He is survived by his cherished and cherishing daughters Iona Joy (Don) and Caroline Wilson (John) and his sister-in-law Nelda Schultz (Frank). Grandchildren Eric Joy (Debbie), Catherine Arthur (Paul), Gregory J. Wilson (Kristen) and Christopher K. Wilson (Erin) will sadly miss their "Gramp" and Calvin, Rebecca, Samantha, Michael, Stephen and Hanna, their beloved "GGG". Many nieces and nephews also grieve his passing. Friends may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair ahd McGarry, 315 McLeod St., on Thursday, Aug 18, 2005 from 3-5 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 5 p.m. in the Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. The family thanks the staff at Lynwood Park Lodge and the Queensway Carleton Hospital for their care and support.
