WHITE, Arthur Suddenly at his home at Pike Lake on Tuesday, August 16th, 2005, Arthur White (1952-1976 Manager of the Strand Theatre in Kapuskasing and from 1976-1992 Manager of the Soper Theatre in Smiths Falls), in his 79th year. Husband of the late Edna (Tremblay) White, Loved father of Mark (Penny) of Lombardy and June (Raymond) Audet of Perth. Cherished grandfather of Alana White. Dear brother of Joan Skuag, Ruth (Doug) James and the late George, Norm, Jim and Ron White, Joyce Code, Muriel Horricks, Eunice Hone, Rita Franks and Sadie Gallipeau. Fondly remembered by brothers-in-law Art Code of Perth, Earl Horricks of Carleton Place, Roland Tremblay of Perth and sister-in-law Marie Allan of B.C., Gloria White and Irene McCurdy of Perth. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home, 15 Gore Street West, Perth on Thursday, August 18th, 2005 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
