BARAN, Katerina (nee Maximin). Passed away peacefully in Montreal on August 16, 2005 at the age of eighty-seven years. Beloved wife of the late Pavlo Baran. Loving mother of two daughters. Dear grandmother of Wolodymir, Maria (Genadiy) and Oleh. Great-grandmother of Katerina and Roman. Also survived by other family members in the Ukraine. Resting at the J.F.Wilson and Sons Funeral Home, 5784 Verdun Ave., Verdun on Wednesday, August 17 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Panachyda at 8 p.m. Service at Holy Ghost Church, 1795 Grand Trunk St. on Thursday, August 18 at 9:30 a.m. Panachyda at 9 a.m. in the parlour.
