DONNELL, Olive (nee Akers). February 14, 1917-August 16, 2005. Died peacefully at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock B.C. Predeceased by her husband John; sister Cecelia (Montreal) and brother Frank (Hamilton). Olive is lovingly remembered by her son and daughter Bob and Skip (Graeme); sister Dorthy (Verdun) and sister-in-law Ellen (Hamilton), grandchildren; Lisa (Raf) and Cheryl (Jim); great-grandchildren Alex, Rebecca, and Nathan, as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Benitez, Peace Portal Lodge, Peace Arch Hospital emergency, the Medical floor and Palliative care unit for the care they provided for Olive. A memorial service will be held in Montreal at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Olive may be made to the War Amps Child Amputee Program.
