BERWICK-PARSONS, Gwendolyn "Gwennie" (nee Knapp). Peacefully in her ninetieth year, surrounded by her family at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in Sherbrooke, QC on August 17, 2005. Predeceased by her husbands Earl Berwick and Lynn Parsons and her sons James (Joan of Fitch Bay, QC) and Earl (Sharon of Apache Junction, Arizona). She leaves to mourn, her children, Sue (Normand Brochu) of Fleurimont, QC, Wilma (Brian Husk) of Pierrefonds, QC, Kay of Sherbrooke, QC, Donald Parsons (Gladys) of Cookshire, QC, Donalda (Ardley Walker) of Burlington, ON, fifteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well as many close friends, some of whom she considered as her own children. Visitation will be held at the Cass Funeral Home, 554 Main St., Bury, QC (819) 564-1750, www.casshomes.ca , on Saturday, August 20 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Sunday, August 21 from 3 to 3:45 p.m., followed by the service to be held at St-Paul's Anglican Church in Bury at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Sister Mary Florence Liew presiding. Interment in the Bury Cemetery following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Gwendolyn may be made to the Canadian Diabetic Association, 600 Woodward St., Bureau 100, Sherbrooke, QC J1G 1W3, and would be greatly appreciated by the family.
