Nadine Lillian HAMILTON

BARBER, Nadine Lillian (Hamilton) 1922 - 2005 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our sister, Nadine, at the Newport Harbour Care Centre in Calgary on August 18, 2005, at the age of 83 years. Nadine was born in Fort Macleod, Alberta, the eldest daughter of Robert Alexander and Lillian (Sexsmith) Hamilton. Nadine is survived by her sister Margaret Wigglesworth (Rylands, Hamilton), of Penticton; brothers Hugh Alan (Loreen) of Airdrie, John Ansley (Helen), of Invermere; several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law. Also surviving are Nadine's sisters-in-law Doris Beveridge (Jim), Maddlyn Sales (Dr. Don) and Grace MacGillivary. Nadine always recalled and mentioned the friends and support all our family received when living in Fort Macleod. Nadine was predeceased by her husband and companion, Howard Barber, January 23, 2002; by her father March 1939; mother, 1956; and brothers Gordon (1936) and Bob (1994). Special thank you for kind, loving and gracious care at Edgemont Retirement Centre, Foothills Hospital, St. Martas Nursing Facility and Newport Harbour Care Centre. A Funeral Service will be held at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME, 1708 - 16 Avenue N.W. (across from North Hill Shopping Centre), on Tuesday, August 23, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. Private interment at High River Cemetery.
