Howard James KEENAN

KEENAN, Howard James. Born December 22, 1921 in Montreal, died August 17, 2005 in Stittsville, Ontario. Son of Daniel and Dora Keenan, pre-deceased by his wife Ruth (Walsh), survived by his sons Ross (Maura Dunlop) in Edmonton and David (Wanda Wilkinson) of Stittsville, and his sister Alice (Eugene Mercer) of Newfoundland. Loved and forever missed by his grandchildren, Brent (Shauna), Kristie, Tyler, Cassandra, Caighlah, Corey and Josh. Former employee of Birch-Hinds Printing Company, then co-owner of K&S Printers and Keenan-Eccles Printing in Montreal (where he was a proud member of the Craftsmen Club) before moving to Oakville where he worked with Tollefson Litho and Harmony Printing until retiring in 1999. He moved to Stittsville to help care for his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by his family, friends and colleagues. He will be laid to rest in Oakville alongside his beloved wife.
