ARMSTRONG, William Edward. Beloved husband of Joan (Miller) passed away on Tuesday August 23, 2005 in Charlottetown, PEI. Dear father of Kim Zinn (Bill), Guy Armstrong (Christine), Gary Armstrong (Susan) and Kristin Stewart (Clifford). He will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his eleven granchildren, sister Doris Armstrong and extended family and friends. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 8/26/2005
