McLONG, HELEN CLARISEY - The death of Helen C. McLong, age 88, daughter of the late William and Edith (Burns) McLong, occurred at the Sussex Health Centre on, Friday, August 26, 2005. Helen is survived by one sister; Isabel MacDonald, Hampton, NB, sister-in-law; Pauline McLong, Ward's Creek, and nieces and nephews; Phyllis and Bill Corey, Havelock, Clara and Gerald MacDonald, Hammondvale, Brian and Heather McLong, Havelock, David and Wendy McLong, Ward's Creek, Wayne and Barb Pond, USA, Andrew and Hazel Douthwright, Penobsquis, and several great nieces and nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by brothers; LeRoy, Raymond and Frederick. She is resting at Sherwood's Funeral Home, 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB (839-2156) with visitation on Sunday, 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 pm. Funeral service will be held from Sherwood's Funeral Chapel on Monday, August 29, 2005, at 1:30 p.m., followed by interment in Southfield Cemetery.
