SPARKS, ELLA MARGARET - 1924 - 2005. The passing of Ella Margaret (Brown) Sparks of Woodstock, NB formerly of Wicklow, NB occurred on Monday, August 29 at the age of 81. Born in Bath, NB she was the daughter of the late William and Laura (Drost) Brown. Ella is survived by her children: Gerald (Debbie), Kingston, Ont; Leonard (Hilda), Connell, NB; Geraldine Hawthorne (Donald), Bath, NB; Shirley Hawkes (Robert), Bannon, NB; Peggy Maxville (Frank), Hartford, NB; David (Roberta), Wicklow, NB; Dianne Smith (Frank), Nortampton, NB; Tommy, Centerville, NB; Linda Chase (James), Woodstock, NB; Peter (Elizabeth), Benton, NB; John, Woodstock, NB; many grandchildren, great grandchildren; one great great grandson; special nephew Donald McGraw, Bath, NB, and one brother Vaughn, Pembroke, NB. Ella was predeceased by her husband, Elwood Sparks, son Edgar, three brothers and three sisters. Visitation will be held at the Carleton Funeral Home, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville on Wednesday, August 31 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral Service will be Thursday, September 1 at 2PM from the Burnham Road Cathedral, Florenceville, NB with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. Interment will be in the Wicklow Cemetery.
