Alfred Mirans December 09, 1924 - August 28, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel A much beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by wife Marge, son Ron (Linda), daughter Sharon (Alain Veilleux), grandsons Daniel and Stephan (Shannon) Veilleux, Christopher Mirans, granddaughter Kelly (Faron Leclerc), three precious great-granddaughters, Ava Marie, Emma Grace and Jane. Also survived by nieces Cindy, Dianne, great-nieces and nephews, Aunt Leah and family in Rocky Mountain house and Edmonton. Al was predeceased by his parents and two brothers during W.W. II in Riga, Latvia. A Viewing will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2005 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, where a Funeral Service will take place Thursday, September 1, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
