Ivan C. TAYLOR

Ivan C. Taylor Ivan C. Taylor, 75, of ProTem Health Services, Moncton, and formerly of Pointe Du Chene, surrounded by his family, passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Born in Shediac Cape, he was the son of the late Milton and Jane (Atkinson) Taylor. Ivan was a retired Productions Manager at the Moncton Times & Transcript with 44 years service. He was a member of Lewisville United Baptist Church, former choir member and served his church on various other committees in past years. Former NB School District 15 badminton coach and was an avid bowler at Fairlanes Moncton and Young Smith Hall, Shediac Cape. He enjoyed all sports including golfing and cross-country skiing. Ivan will be sadly missed by his wife of 45 years, Virginia (Brownell) Taylor; daughters, Janice Collette (Jean), MaryBeth Stannard (Justin), both of Moncton; one son, Stephen (Angela), Halifax, NS; grandchildren, Taylor, Jaret, Laura, Kristen and Michael; mother-in-law, Mildred Brownell, Sackville; one sister, Jane Shaw (Burt), Ottawa, ON; brothers, Claude (Helen), Moncton, twin brother, Alan, Shediac Cape, Charles (Barb), Saint John, Albert (Angelica), Huntsville, ON; several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995), Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel Friday, September 2, 2005, 1:30pm: Rev. Gordon MacLeod officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, Fairhaven Memorial Gardens.
