Inez Evangeline Roberts (née Bray) Suddenly on Monday, August 29, 2005 Inez Roberts (nee: Bray) passed on peacefully in her home in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 73 years. Funeral service will be held at the Kirkfield Park United Church, 472 Kirkfield St. Winnipeg, on Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at 1:30 P.M. with the Reverend Tony Maunder officiating. Interment to follow at Oakville Cemetery, Oakville, Manitoba at 4:00 P.M. After becoming a teacher she taught in small towns until 1961 when she joined the staff of St. James School division where she stayed until retirement. After her retirement she turned her energy to the church, square dancing, charity work, family and friends. She was always there for us. She leaves to mourn her passing one son; Randy of Winnipeg and his three children; Chad (Alexis), Amy and Kim, one daughter; Linda (Darrell) of Winnipeg and her daughter; Vanessa (Jason) Doiron of Angus, Ontario and great grandchildren; Jacob and Abbey Doiron, Quinlan, Aidan-Julia, Kaedmyn Roberts and Tanner Roberts-Smith. She is also survived by one brother; Barry (Lois) Martin of Victoria, B.C., two sisters; Melrose (Ed) Carlson of Portage, Audrey MacDonald of Winnipeg, Sisters-in-law; Margurite Martin of Brandon, Manitoba, Marie Bray of Lagenberg, Saskatchewan and special friends; Jim and Helen Lorree of Fergus, Ontario. She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers; Gilbert Bray, Delmer Martin, Russell Bray, one niece; Sharon and one nephew; Allan. Grandma was dearly loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
