"Susie" was a successful restauranteur, operating Susie's Lunch on the corner of Marion and Dupuis for 26 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend and always welcomed family and friends to her table. Seeds are sown. To the wind they're thrown. And cast from shore to sea. Rooting here in snowy lands, Spirit brave, with heartful hands We basked in the light of thee. Giving constant, warming love And open angel, from above, You showed us how to cook and care and see. So thank you nan, from all of us, We'll let you go, you've had enough Forgotten not, but we must set you free. Special thanks to Dr. St.John and the staff on the 3rd floor West, Riverview for their caring and compassion during Nan's stay.
