Mildred McDiarmid December 19, 1909 - September 09, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Castle Funeral Home-Fallsview Chapel McDIARMID, Mildred L. - Passed away peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, September 9, 2005 at the age 95. Born in Saint John West, She was the daugther of the Late William and the late Charlotte (Dickson) McDiarmid. She was last member of her immediate family. Retired from Domtar in 1975, she was also a member of St. Jude's Anglicain Church. Mildred is survived by her 3 nieces Janet (Leslie Kierstead), Carmen (Clinton Webb) all of Saint John and Barbara (Doug Miller) of Halifax, NS, 6 great nephews, 1 great niece, several great great nephews and 1 great great niece. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Doris, her 4 brothers, Donald, Garnet, Kenneth "Clair" and Gordon. Visitation will take place at Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., Saint John (506) 634-1701 on Monday, September 12, 2005 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Castle Funeral Home "Fallsview Chapel" on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 at 10 o'clock with burial to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. in lieu of flowers, donations to any charity would be appreciated by the family.
