OZAWAGOSH, "Ozzy" Trevor Henry In loving memory of "Ozzy" Trevor Henry Ozawagosh, 33 years, of Whitefish Lake First Nation, who passed away Saturday, May 24th, 2003 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Centre. He was born in Sudbury and married Kimberly (Belleau) in Naughton in 2003. A life resident of Whitefish Lake First Nation, Trevor was a traditional drum maker. He will be remembered as a knowledgeable, friend and cultural native man who embraced the traditional ways of his first nation's people in dancing and drumming. Trevor was always quick to help others in cultural and community issues or needs. Beloved husband of Kimberly (Belleau) Ozawagosh of Whitefish Lake First Nation. Loving step-father of Ronald Belleau of North Bay, Keihlah Belleau, Stephanie Nootchtai and Brittany Nootchtai all at home. Cherished son of Freda Millard and step-son of Kerry Elliott of Sudbury. Special nephew to Jack Ozawagosh of Naughton. Dear brother of Sheila Borton (special friend Al), Shane Borton (special friend Kris), Vance Borton, and Cheryl Borton all of Sudbury; step-brother to Evelyn Martin (special friend David) of Thunder Bay. Dear godfather of Zachary Marinier and Krystal Ozawagosh. Sadly missed by loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Well remembered by his fellow Shedockii Drummers Jerry Lewis, John Condo, Dean Jacobs, Rob McIntyre, Art Petahtegoose, Marcel Petahtegoose, Larry Altman, Rob Henry and Sobriety Singer Craig McKay. Traditional Ceremonies will be held in the Whitefish Lake Community Complex (Naughton), Thursday, May 29th, 2003 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Whitefish Lake First Nation's Cemetery. Donations to the Shedockii Drum Group (Sobriety Singers) would be appreciated. (Friends may call at the complex after 2 p.m. Tuesday).
