DARGIE, Maria O. (Guillemette) Paisiblement, suite à une courte maladie, au St. Francis Hospital, Hartford, le lundi 19 septembre 2005, est décédée madame Maria O. Guillemette Dargie, à l'âge de 91 ans. Elle était l'épouse bien-aimée de feu Ernest J. Dargie. Née au Québec, elle a habité à Hartford, Connecticut durant plusieurs années. Depuis 25 ans, elle habitait Newington où elle assistait aux célébrations à l'église Holy Spirit. Elle était membre et ex-présidente du Cercle des Dames Françaises de Hartford. Une mère et grand-mère attentionnée, elle quitte son fils et sa bru: Raymond H. (Donna Dargie), Newington; ses deux arrière-petites-filles: Amanda et Sarah Dargie, tous deux de Newington; son frère, Arthur Guillemette, Sherbrooke, Québec; sa soeur, Annette Zurles, Cromwell; elle laisse également dans le deuil plusieurs neveux et nièces, autres parents et amis. (Guillemette) Dargie, 91, of Newington died peacefully after a brief illness on Monday, (September 19, 2005) at St. Francis Hospital, Hartford. She was the beloved wife of the late Ernest J. Dargie. Born in Quebec, Canada, she lived in Hartford for many years, moving to Newington 25 years ago and attended Holy Spirit Church. She was a member and past-president of the LeCercle des Dammes Francais, Hartford. A loving mother and grandmother, she leaves her son and daughter-in-law, Raymond H. and Donna Dargie, of Newington; her two granddaughters, Amanda and Sarah Dargie, both of Newington; her brother, Arthur Guillemette, of Sherbrooke, Quebec; her sister, Annette Zurles, of Cromwell; many nieces and nephews. Her funeral service will be held Friday, 9:15 a.m. from the Newington Memorial Funeral Home, 20 Bonair Ave., Newington, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, 10 a.m. at Holy Spirit Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Woodsville, NH. Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m., at Newington Memorial.
