Genoveva de Melo Lindo (née Vitorino Pacheco) April 30, 1927 - September 22, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Gordon F Tompkins Funeral Homes (Township Chapel) Peacefully, on Thursday, September 22, 2005 at the Kingston General Hospital. Mrs. Genoveva de Melo Lindo, beloved wife of the late Nuno de Melo Lindo. Loving father of Fernanda Viveiros and her husband Joe Viveiros. Predeceased by her son Joe de Melo Lindo. Survived by sisters Maria Irene Pacheco, Sao Miguel, Acores, Altina de Melo Pacheco, Sao Miguel, Acores, Asceucao Pimentel, Kingston, Georgina Medeiros, Laval, Que., and brothers Ernesto Pacheco, Toronto, and Guilherme Pacheco, Sao Miguel, Acores. Predeceased by brothers Laudalino Pacheco, U.S.A. and Jose Vitorino Pacheco, Sao Miguel, Acores. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Special Thanks to the staff of Kidd 7 of KGH, Dr. Saunders, Debbie Holtom and all the Nursing Staff. Friends will be received at the Township Chapel of Gordon F Tompkins, 435 Davis Drive (Waterloo Village) on Sunday froom 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Parish Rosray Sunday evening at the Funeral Home at 8 pm.. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Fatima Church , 588 Division Street on Monday September 26, 2005 at 11:00 am. Rite of Committal with prayers at St. Mary's Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Cancer Centre of Eastern Ontario at KGH, Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Canadian Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.
