Charlotte Grace Yanofsky September 10 - 23, 2005 At The Moncton Hospital on Friday, September 23, 2005, God took our perfect baby girl to Heaven to be with Him. We are so grateful for the time she was allowed to spend with us. Charlotte Grace is survived by her parents, David and Melanie Yanofsky of Riverview, NB; her maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and other family members. As requested by her parents, a private family visitation will take place at the Fair Haven Funeral Home. A public Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 at three o'clock at Allison Church on Salisbury Road in Moncton, with a private family committal service afterwards.
