DAVENPORT, STERLING - The death of Sterling Davenport of Arthurette and formerly of Perth-Andover occurred on September 24, 2005 at the Mountain View Care Home in Arthurette at the age of 82. Born in California Settlement he was the son of the late Thomas and Lydia (Cray) Davenport. He is survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, wife Rose Guimond, sisters Bernice (Bunny) and Annie, brothers Stan, Roy, Lewis, Loomis and Ray. Resting at White's Funeral Home with visiting hours on Monday September 26th from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 27th at 3 pm from White's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Ferrell officiating. Interment in the Larlee Creek Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
