GREEN, OULTON EDGAR Oulton Edgar Green of Summerfield, NB passed away at St. Joseph - Hotel Dieu Hospital, Perth-Andover on September 25, 2005. He was 72. Born in Knoxford, he was a son of the late Lee Franklin and Hazel Toms (Longstaff) of Strathray, ON. With the exception of his birth in Knoxford, Oulton spent his entire life on the family farm, living in the home he helped his father build in 1947. Oulton attended Summerfield School. In the winter of 1951, he drove the local "school bus" - a converted Fargo half-ton truck outfitted with a wooden van on the back. A lifelong farmer, Oulton was a Foreman for McCain's Produce for over 25 years. A devoted family man, Oulton is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, the former Phyllis Iola Montgomery, Oakland; sons Dalton Edward Harrisgreen (Kim Harris), London, ON, Leonard Lee (Roselyn Whitney), Fredericton, Robert Oulton (Sherry McQuade), Summerfield, daughters Marlene Hazel Sipprell (Carl), Perth-Andover, and Vickie Grace Nicholson (Chris), Summerfield; brothers, Leslie (Dorothy (Dot) Forsythe), Strathroy, ON, R. Franklin, Summerfield, Gideon of Strathroy, ON, and Wallace (Dolly (Darlene) Pierce), Strathroy, ON, sisters Leah Carlisle (Merritt), Summerfield, and Thelma Bloomfield (and her companion William (Bill) Wardell), Strathroy, ON; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild; one uncle, Stanley Oulton Longstaff (Helen Ryder), Knoxford, and two aunts, Margaret Longstaff (Antworth) of Lincoln, and Joyce Longstaff (Plant) of Florida; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his in-laws, R. Edward (Eddie) and Hazel Grace (Hewlett) of Oakland, brother-in-law, Frederick (Ted) Bloomfield, Watford, ON, and sister-in-law, Jennie Grace (Janey) Fisher (Montgomery) of Centreville. Visitation will be held at Kilcollins Funeral Home, Florenceville, NB, from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Wednesday, September 28, 2005. A funeral service will be held at 1pm Thursday, September 29, 2005 at the funeral home chapel. The Rev. D. Painter and Rev. L. Gorman co-officiating. Interment will be in the Pomphrey, Upper Wicklow Cemetery. Reception following the service at Florenceville Motor Inn.
