THIBODEAU, MICHAEL J. The death of Michael J. Thibodeau of Lakeville Corner, NB ocurred Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Oromocto Public Hospital. Born in Loggieville, NB, he was the son of the late Marjorique and Venerente (Thompson) Thibodeau. Survived by three sons: Ronald (Judy) of Lakeville Corner, NB, Michael (Darlene) of Maquapit Lake, NB and Gary of Memramcook, NB; five daughters, Lavina Schaaf (John) of Waterloo, ON, Nancy Rogers (Carl) of Aqua Village, NB, Josephine Simmons (Rick) of Lakeville Corner, Mary Hillis of Brandon, MB and Lisa Jean Thibodeau (Rene) of Dundurn, SK; two brothers Allan and Armand Poirier of Niagara Falls, ON; 26 grandchildren; several great grandchildren and many great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Michael was predeceased by his wife Agnes (Taylor) Thibodeau in 1994; a daughter Wilberta (Bertie) Leavitte; a grandson Billy Schuszter; several brothers and sisters. Resting at the Minto Funeral Home 327-3490 with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2005 from the Parker Memorial Chapel with Father P. Stephen officiating. Interment will take place in the Byno Cemetery, Lakeville Corner, NB. For those who wish donations made to the War Amps would be appreciated by the family. All members of the Royal Canadian Legion are invited to attend a tribute service at the funeral home Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. [Daily Gleaner]
