Constance "Connie" Eudora Feltmate May 27, 1920 - September 30, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home * FELTMATE……Constance Eudora “Connie”, age 85, of Mosherville, formerly of Brooklyn, Hants County, passed away after a lengthy illness, on Friday, September 30, 2005, at home, surrounded by her family. Born on May 27, 1920, in Brooklyn, Hants County, Nova Scotia, she was a daughter of the late Sophia Alberta (Cochrane) Hawboldt. In her earlier years, Connie had worked at the Windsor Elms. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren and especially playing bingo. She is survived by daughters, Gladys (Ken) Best, Coldbrook; Beverly (Charlie) LeBlanc, Deersville, N.B.; Joanne (Murray) Singer, Mosherville; Patricia (Ed) Brown, Brooklyn; son, Gary (Sharron) Cochrane, Gypsum Mines; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Wallace Feltmate (April 7,1959); step-father, Laurie Hawboldt. Visitation 7-9 p.m. Saturday, October 1, in Lindsay’s Windsor Funeral Home, 194 King Street, Windsor. Funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 2, 2005, in the Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Garnet Parker officiating. A private family interment will be held later, in St. John’s Cemetery, Halifax. Family flowers only, donations in memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or to a charity of one’s choice.
