HANNAM, Peter William Pitt Peacefully at Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, ON, September 7, age 52 years. Peter lost his lengthy battle with cancer. He is survived by his parents Don and Marge Hannam, his wife Kim Seward, daughters Stacey and Michelle, also his brother David (Ann), sister Cathy (Mike) and his beloved twin sister Patricia (Bruce). Predeceased by his brother Stephan (June 1979). A Memorial Service will be held on September 17 at All Saints Anglican Church, Waterloo, ON at 11 a.m. Tributes in memory of Peter may be sent to The Grand River Hospital Foundation - Cancer Unit, 835 King St. West, Kitchener, ON, N2G 1G3.
