O'CONNOR, Dillon Henry Mr. O' Canada Knights of Columbus Council #9742 (Retired NRC) Peacefully at home on Friday, September 9, 2005 in his 72nd year. Dillon O'Connor, beloved husband of Teresa McDonald. Loving father of Christopher (Lori Sanders), Donna (Richard Smyth), Gail (Hugh MacMaster), Patti (Bill Watters) and Ted (Natalie Tolle). Will be forever remembered by his dear grandchildren Johnny, Kevin, Tom, Katie, Dillon, Abbey, Tessa, Eily, Shawnasea and Sheamus. Dear great-grandfather to Declan. Survived by brothers Bob, Rocky and Keith O'Connor. Predeceased by brother John and sister Grace Reid. Dad was a professional vocalist and accomplished artist who was well known in theatre, but especially for his rendition of O' Canada at professional sporting venues in the Ottawa area. Friends may pay their respects to the family at the Whelan Funeral Home 515 Cooper St. (between Bay & Lyon) on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM.
