Kim ARMSTRONG

ARMSTRONG, Kim, B.Sc., Dr. C. Passed away peacefully as the result of a stroke, at the Ottawa Hospital - General Campus, on Tuesday, September 13, 2005 in her 40th year. Kim Armstrong, dearly loved and cherished daughter of Alan and Dolores Armstrong of Pembroke. Best friend and sister of Michelle Armstrong, of Ottawa and her brother Todd Armstrong. Sadly missed by her aunts and uncles, Loretta and Doug Kitt, Vivianna and Terry Brown, Paula and John McParland and Luanna and Bill Quirk, Harold Armstrong, Pauline Armstrong and many cousins. Long-time friend of Nancy and George Warren, and Kathy and Ken Ferguson and special auntie to their beautiful children, Alex, Louise and Sophie Warren and Courtney and Daniel Ferguson. Childhood friend of Elizabeth Chalmers, of Seattle Wash., and Roslyn Masconi of Toronto. School friend of Denise Townsend, Charlene Jackson and Chris Mosley. Kim is sadly missed by her many friends in her running and cycling groups, the curling club and golf course. Kim was a vivacious 39 plus years old, who looked 29 plus years old and acted 20 plus years old. We enjoyed her short life and will miss her forever. Relatives and friends may call at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 296 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and after 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Pembroke on Saturday morning, September 17th at 11 o'clock. Interment in St. Columba's Cemetery, Pembroke.
