Joanne GENOVESE

EBY, Joanne (nee Genovese) Born in Holland on May 26, 1950. Beloved wife of Glenn Eby since December 16, 1972. Loving mother of Daniel, age 30 and Dereck, age 27. She will be sadly missed by her mother Johanna Genovese (nee Polstra), her sisters Yvonne St-Amour, Dianne Dillabough and Lori Genovese as well as by many friends. Predeceased by her father Oliver Genovese. Joanne developed many friendships through teaching aerobics for 18 years, working for Communications Security Establishment for the past 12 years and through her jewellery beading business over the past 5 years. The family will receive relatives and friends at Heritage Funeral Home, 2871 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, on Wednesday, September 21, 2005 from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday, September 22, 2005 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Helen's Anglican Church, 1234 Prestone Dr., Orleans, on Friday, September 23, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. Reverend Ed Gratton, Minister of Queenswood United Church will officiate the ceremony. In lieu of flowers donations to the Ottawa Regional Cancer Centre Foundation or to the Cancer Research Society would be appreciated.
