PANKOVITCH, Eileen. At St. Joseph's Continuing Care Centre, in the Janet Macdonnell Pavilion, in Cornwall, ON, on Tuesday, September 13, Eileen Ann Pankovitch, age seventy-nine years. Our earth has one less gentle soul and heaven one angel more.Predeceased by her Father, Milan Henry Pankovitch, her Mother, Cissie Edith Lee and by her brother, Donald Milan Henry Pankovitch. No visitation by request. A memorial service, in presence of ashes, to celebrate the life of Eileen will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2005 at 12:00 noon, in Trinity Anglican Church, 105 Second Street West, Cornwall, ON. Inurnment will be on October 1, 2005 at 12:00 noon, in the family plot, in St. Peter's Cemetery, Prospect Street, Sherbrooke, QC. In Eileen's memory, donations to the Palliative Care Outreach Program, 1455 Woodroffe Ave. S, Ottawa, ON K2G 1W1, would be appreciated. Our thanks go out to Dr. Leigh Carson, Dr. Mary Jane Randlett, and the nurses and staff of the Palliative Care Unit of the Janet Macdonnell Pavilion for the "TLC" bestowed upon Eileen and Lynn.
