"Noisy Pappa" to nine. Brother of Nan Scott of Belfast Northern Ireland and Edith Rahn of Pembroke. Friends may visit at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 2112 Bel Air Dr. on Sunday, September 25, 2005 from 7-9 pm. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2005 at the Church at 1pm.
