PHELPS, Terry. It is with sadness that Bob, Carol and Heather announce the sudden passing of their brother on September 21 in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of fifty-one. Beloved husband of Solange and terrific father to Logan, Brian and Erin. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
