WELSH, John Laurence. With deepest sorrow we announce the passing of John on September 18, 2005 in Victoria, B.C., after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Jenny (Malaysia), cherished father of Leona, Stephen (Carolee) and Kimli (Ed). Loving grandfather and great-grandfather to many.
