VANDONGEN, Corry J. On Wednesday, September 21, 2005 at the Royal Jubilee Hospital in Victoria, B.C. in his 57th year. Sadly missed by his mother Theresa VanDongen-Rutters (Joe Rutters), and his brothers and sisters John (Betty), Anne McCready (Byron), Peter (Linda), Mary Ellen Viau (Denis), Margaret Dunlop (Ken Gibson), Harry (Deltra), Tony, Joe (Liz), Jim, Teresa Chafe (Bill). Predeceased by his father Chris. Corry is also remembered by his nieces and nephews, his friends and colleagues in Victoria, B.C. and his cousins, friends, and former neighbours in the greater Ottawa area. Corry was an accomplished carpenter who took great pride in his work. He will be remembered as a generous and gentle person whose intellect and wit were very much appreciated by his family and many loyal friends. A memorial service to celebrate Corry's life will be held on Saturday, October 1 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Chesterville, Ontario.
