DEEGAN, Orma (Retired Smiths Falls Public Library) Peacefully at Van Horne Manor, Smiths Falls, on Sunday, September 25th, 2005 Orma (Plant) Deegan in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald M. Deegan. Loved mother of Pat (Alex) Yanosik, Paul (Carol) Deegan, and Catherine (Gordon) Giff all of Smiths Falls, Dr. Don (Shelley) Deegan of Grimsby, and Jim Deegan (Susan Odegard) of Red Deer, Alberta. Predeceased by son Dennis in 1993. Cherished by 18 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Ola (the late Bill) Davidson of Smiths Falls and Bev (Bob) Barker of Kitchener. Predeceased by sisters Marion Doyle, Marjorie "Miggs" Siddall, Pat Olson, Genevieve Plant in childhood, and brothers Charles, Bert, and Jim "Dooney" Plant. Sister-in-law of John (Maureen) Deegan and Earl Olson both of Ottawa. Friends may pay their respects at the Blair & Son Funeral Home Smiths Falls from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis de Sales Church Smiths Falls on Thursday, September 29th at 11 a.m. Interment St. Francis de Sales Cemetery.
