DESJARDINS, Helen Peacefully in hospital in Pembroke on Monday, September 26th, 2005 in her 74th year. Helen Desjardins (nee Blake) of Pembroke, wife of the late John Desjardins. Loving mother to Nancy (Charles) Stairs of Ottawa and Paul (Alice) Blake of Pembroke. Nana to Kathleen and James Blake and Angela and Matthew Stairs. Dear sister of Rev. Patrick Blake of Calabogie, Barbara (the late Roger) Lalonde of Almonte, Sister Margaret Blake, SSJ of Pembroke and Sandra (John) Turcotte of Petawawa. Predeceased by parents James P. and Lillian Blake (nee Needham). Visitation at the Neville Funeral Home, 491 Isabella Street, Pembroke on Tuesday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m., and Wednesday after 12 p.m. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at The Church of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Pembroke on Wednesday, September 28th, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. Interment St. Columbia's Cemetery, Pembroke.
