RYCKMAN, Donald Merle, Peacefully, after a lengthy battle with cancer at the Hotel Dieu Shaver on Thursday, September 1, 2005, aged 77 years. Don, dearly beloved husband for 49-1/2 years to Lois. Loving father of Susan Ryckman of Columbus, Georgia, Daniel and Joyce Ryckman of London, ON and Jim and Dawn Ryckman of Macedon, N.Y. Loved grandfather of Jonathan, Benjamen, Miranda, Joy, Brent, Paul and Laura. Dear brother of Carl and Betty Jane Ryckman of Vineland, James Arthur Ryckman of Thorold. B rother-in-law of Bill Makarchuk of Etobicoke. Predeceased by his sister Mildred Mararchuk. Donald was a graduate of the Moody Bible Institute of Chicago and served with his wife Lois under the African Inland Mission in the Central African Republic fr om 1953 to 1992. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at Calvary Church, 89 Scott St. on Friday, September 9, 2005 at 2 o'clock.
