CARPENTER, Barbara Annie (nee Lowther), passed away at the Guelph General Hospital, Wednesday, September 21, 2005, in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Walter Carpenter (2001). Loved mother of Lorraine (Bill) Steinman of St. Catharines, Mary ( John) Ogilvie of Brantford and the late Patricia Potyondi (1985). Loving grandmother of Judy Matthie (John Seward), Marika (Gary) Nietvelt, Heather (Scott) Austin, Joseph (Tina) Potyondi, Michelle Ogilvie (Mike Kucik) and Rob (Jody) Ogilvie. Great gr andmother of nine. She will be missed by Josef (Emilia) Potyondi. Predeceased by brothers Douglas, Henry and Arthur Lowther. Friends will be received at the WALL-CUSTANCE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 206 Norfolk St., Guelph Sunday (2-4 & 7-9 p.m.). Funeral service will be held at the Church of St. James the Apostle, 86 Glasgow St. N., Guelph.
