Stella WOWCHUK

HRYNKIW, Stella (nee Wowchuk), Passed away peacefully, at Extendicare in St. Catharines, on Monday, October 3rd, 2005 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Robert for 41 years. Loved sister of Paul, Anne (Bob) Davidson and Jennie (late Merle) Houpt. Ste lla will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and their families. Stella was a member of St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Senior Club Kalyna and St. David's Senior Club. Stella is now with her Angels. Special thanks to the staff of the T rillium Ward of G.N.G.H. and Extendicare for the excellent care and compassion they provided to Stella. The family will receive friends at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Di vine Liturgy will be celebrated at St. George's Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Augusta Ave. & Facer St., St. Catharines) on Friday, October 7th at 10:00am. Panachyda will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 7:00pm. Rite of Committal at Victoria La wn Cemetery.
