MacSPORRAN, Ron "Monk", After a long battle with cancer, on Monday, October 3rd, 2005 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Beloved husband and best friend of Geraldine "Gerry" for 35 years. Loving father of Stephanie and Rhonda. Dear son of Eileen and the late Jim MacSporran. Loved brother of Maureen (Brian) Robertson and Mark (Nancy) MacSporran. Uncle of Sean, Kristin, Kelly, Jennifer and Ashley. Ron will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Special thanks to the staff at St. Michael's Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Friday, October 7th at 4:00 p.m. The family will receive their friends on Friday from 2:00 until the time of service.
