GREGOR, Dr. William, Died peacefully after a short illness on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at the age of 88 years. Beloved husband of Margaret for 59 years. Dear father of John (Carol), Peter (Lydia), Anne Whiteside and Don (Jane); proud grandfather o f Jennifer, Joel (Connie), Ian, Neil, Lisa, Douglas, Kevin, Keenan, Connor and Kaylee; great-grandfather of Rebecca. Survived by a brother and sisters in Scotland and England. Dr. Gregor and his family immigrated to Canada in 1959. He was a graduate of the University of Glasgow and practiced medicine at the Shaver Hospital specializing in Chest Medicine. Funeral Service will be held in Knox Presbyterian Church, 51 Church Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow. If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the St. Catharines General Hospital Emergency Room fund.
