Margaret Geraldine Fleiger MIRAMICHI, NB - In loving memory of Margaret Geraldine Fleiger, who passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on October 10, 2005 after a long and courageous battle with Cancer. She was 57 years young. Geraldine was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She loved life and life loved her. She was a teacher at St. Andrew's School in Chatham, NB for 33 years. She left lasting and loving memories not only for her family and friends but also those whom she taught and became briefly acquainted. Geraldine faced her illness with courage and dignity and was a shining example of how and individual should face everyday life. She will always be loved and will never be forgotten. She is survived by her husband, David; daughters, Terri Lynn Anne Despres (Andre) of Moncton and Carrie Anne Fleiger of Miramichi. She is also survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Rowe of Miramichi, Evelyn Corbett (Mike) of Chatham, Ont, Anne Morecombe (Dave) of Delta, BC and her brother, John Fraser (Patricia) of Miramichi. She was a loving grandmother to Abby Janelle and Erika Lauren Despres. She is predeceased by her parents, George and Cil Fraser of Miramichi. Visitation with family and friends will be held from Maher's Funeral Home on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 10 am from St Michael's Basilica, Miramichi. Interment will be in St Michael's Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Miramichi Physically Disabled & Handicapped Association would be appreciated by the family.
