David Peter Desmoulin December 27, 1943 - October 07, 2005 Suddenly on Friday, October 7, 2005 morning, David passed away from a massive heart attack. David is predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth and stepson, Ronald Morrisseau. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Marcelle (nee Poulin) and stepdaughters, Bernice Templar of Mississauga, Nicole Morrisseau of Winnipeg, and Veralee Nokonagos also of Winnipeg and one stepson, Peter James of Alberta. Also surviving are one brother, Robert Desmoulin and one sister, Veronica. He also leaves behind his two beloved grandsons, Joshua of Mississauga and Tylerlee of Winnipeg. He will also be missed by his little companion, Taffy and best friend, Peter and many other friends. Dave loved life and will be sadly missed by all that knew him. Our family would like to thank Dr. Judith Komasky for taking care of him for so many years. The staff and personnel of Saint Boniface Hospital and paramedics who tried everything to save him and for their kindness. We would also like to thank the gentleman on the bike who stopped to give him assistance and performed CPR on him and the lady in a car who stopped to help. Also, a special thanks to all of his friends for their kindness, generosity and support. A celebration of David’s life will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. with viewing one half hour prior to service at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 rue Desmeurons.
